Digital and ROI has been my biggest passions throughout my career. I have acquired and in-depth experience in both the digital world and ROI towards both the commercial and private audience.

CRM & Market Intelligence Manager – Ebay

Responsible for the Danish eBay CRM and Market Intelligence activities. The mission of the role is to drive eBays Danish brands by defining and leading all relationship marketing programs within both DBA and Bilbasen.

The CRM and Market Intelligence role is part of the marketing team and holds a central role in eBay Classifieds Group Denmark which strive to combine the entrepreneurial energy of a start-up with the resources and trusted leadership of a major corporation.

With the responsibility for CRM and Market Intelligence I’m working to take the existing setup and processes to the next level. I play a pivotal role in activating the strategy and ensuring that eBay Denmark over the coming years, will grow its reach and frequency significantly, making ebay the market leader.

Furthermore I’m responsible for:

  • Develop and implement a relationship marketing strategy that support the overall business- and marketing strategy.
  • Hands on in the daily planning, implementation, follow up and reporting of the findings and results.
  • Build and communicate relevant KPI’s covering the CRM and Market Intelligence area.
  • Develop and implement a consistently tone of voice, layout etc. on all brands.
  • Brief and manage the external stakeholders like copywriter and HTML developer.
  • Communicate, maintain and develop the marketing BI e.g. Brand Tracking, NPS etc.
  • Ensure, in cooperation with the legal counsel, that all legal aspects within the communication has been taken into account.

    Marketing Manager – Eniro

  • Been part of developing the new marketing strategy putting emphasis on creating a richer user experience through better design and content on the different Nordic sites.
  • Developed a new social media strategy and concept securing a better alignment with the overall marketing strategy and furthermore pushing the brand message, creating traffic, brand likability and app downloads.
  • Responsible for creating and optimizing marketing operations and processes on a Nordic level, leading to a more unified marketing approach and cost savings throughout the different marketing departments.
  • Locally responsible for the implementation of a customer life cycle program, leading to reduction in customer churn and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Involved in developing a new brand strategy for the Eniro Group laying the groundwork’s for Eniro going forward with strong focus on the 2 targets groups, customers and users.
